Facilities department

29.02 Just received the e-mail from the facilities department, so tomorrow I will send them needed information, so this seems to be sorted out.

01.02 Other group members went directly to the department and spoke about all these. So, it is done now.

Please could you confirm whereabouts and the room number in Marconi these display boards are to be collected from and whereabouts they are to be delivered to in MAB.

    Do you know the room Anna? It's Marconi 222 to be transfered to Mezzanine first floor.

    Be sure to arrange with them to do it as early as possible on Monday the 30th so you have them available since the morning to start setting your exhibition.
